What the Role Involves

The Project Engineer role typically includes, but is not limited to:

• Coordinating technical projects from concept to production.
• Translating customer specifications into detailed technical documentation.
• Managing communication between design, production, and testing teams.
• Supporting prototype builds, verification, and system validation.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards (e.g., UN38.3, IEC, ISO).
• Driving continuous improvement in design and manufacturing processes.
  
  

Your Background
We believe great engineers come from many paths.
Your background may include some or all of the following:

• Education in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a technical background from a vocational or technical school combined with relevant hands-on experience.
• Experience in product or project engineering, ideally within energy systems, power electronics, or mobility.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and technical documentation.
• A structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
