WS Technicals is proud to announce that we have entered a new chapter in our long-standing collaboration with Lithium Balance — one of Europe’s leading producers of Battery Management Systems (BMS). Through a newly signed agreement, WS Technicals has joined as a financial investor and co-owner of the company.
For several years, Lithium Balance has been a trusted partner and supplier of high-quality BMS solutions for WS Technicals. When Sensata Technologies, the previous owner, decided to step away from operational involvement, it quickly became clear that this was an exciting opportunity for WS Technicals to strengthen our position and commitment within the battery solutions market.
A Supportive Role – Not a Producer
While WS Technicals is now a co-owner, it is important to note that we will not be stepping into the role of BMS producer ourselves. Instead, our focus will remain on supporting Lithium Balance and ensuring that our customers — both existing and future — have access to world-class BMS solutions, including the innovative n3-BMS which is an ISO-26262 certified BMS with next-gen features implemented to address some of the most pressing safety and performance challenges that heavy vehicle OEMs are facing. The Role of WS Technical is to provide strategic support, enabling Lithium Balance to continue delivering cutting-edge technology to a global market.
